Registration Office

School began August 5th and we are ready to welcome your child to the Camp Verde Unified School District!

You will need to bring your student’s immunization record, certified birth certificate, and proof of student residency. Proof of residency could include a phone, electric or gas bill that verifies your physical address.

The student must be age five (5) by September 1, 2009 in order to register for Kindergarten.

If you have any questions please call 567-8012 or 567-8011.

If you do not have a copy of your students birth certificate please use the following link to access the Arizona Department of Health Services to apply for one.
